What Advanced Skin Lesion Removal Treatments do we offer?
Skin lesions come in many different forms. Some are harmless and others can be suspicious or even annoying. All our skin therapists are trained in MASCED which enables them to recognise any possible skin cancers that they will then recommend you contact your dermatologist. We use two treatments to treat these lesions either with Veinwave or Cryotherapy.
Facial Thread Veins
These are known as telangiectasia. Facial thread veins on the face can be ageing and make the skin look red . We use Veinwave which is a thermo coagulation system which is administered into the thread vein via an insulted probe. We use a high frequency wave to cause the vein walls to collapse and disappear.
It is a safe, quick and minor procedure which lasts 10-15 minutes depending on the severity of the veins. It can be used on any skin type and colour with no risk of burning, scarring or bruising.
We can treat spider naevi, outer nose veins, facial thread veins, intra nasal veins, skin tags, seborrheic keratosis and milia.

Sclerotherapy Leg Vein Removal
Leg veins are deeper veins that can be treated with a solution call Fibrovein which we inject in to the superficial veins and they harden the inside of the vein and disappear over the next 6-12 weeks. It is essential to wear a compression stocking after treatment for prolonged results and your Skin therapist will advise you of a course of treatments.
