Laser Tattoo Removal Treatments
About Our Laser Tattoo Removal Treatments
Do you have an unwanted tattoo, Semi permanent eyebrows or lip colour, scalp pigmentation that needs removing?
Our advanced laser tattoo removal use a ND Yag laser which not only perform great results but also is not prone to leave any residual scars or skin pigmentation.
We do a high volume of laser treatments every day in the clinic and are fully qualified, registered and insured in all that we do.
The treatment is completely safe, relatively painless but will take a few months to see complete results, depending on your tattoo and requirements. You will see noticeable fading from the very first appointment but you do have to leave a number of weeks between appointments.
Laser Removal is the safest, most effective method for the removal and correction of Semi Permanent Makeup and Microblading.
At The Anti Ageing Clinic we can remove or fade all, or correct just part of the Micropigmentation in Eyebrows and Lips, as well as Scalp Micropigmentation and this means that whether all ink needs removing for complete replacement, or just a few hairs to correct a mistake, imperfect eyebrows and lips can be perfected and botched spmu work can be erased.
We are only one of only a dozen clinics in the UK that use a Q-switched Nd:YAG wavelengths of 1064nm and 532nm. This is useful for constituent pigments (ones that are made up of a number of colours), and is particularly effective with superficial, or shallow, ink depths as is found with semi permanent makeup.
For further reassurance, our experienced technicians are fully qualified and trained to the highest standards in laser tattoo and pigment removal as well as physiology and anatomy of the skin. They are also, themselves, trained and experienced in Semi Permanent Makeup procedures, giving them a unique insight into the application method as well as the removal process. This combination of training and technology means that optimum results can be achieved in a fast but safe manner. This is particularly important when dealing with the skin on your face and we adopt a responsible approach to removal to ensure that, whilst removal is important, the utmost care is taken to protect your skin from unnecessary damage. Every micropigmentation placement is different and factors like age, size, depth, quality, and colours all have a bearing on how many sessions will be required and how successful your treatment will be.
Before treatment can begin, a consultation must be carried-out to determine whether full removal, fading, or correction is required, and to discuss the procedure, advise on costs and treatment times, and answer any questions. A patch test will be performed to determine the correct starting settings and, assuming the client wishes to proceed, they would then return 1-2 weeks later, when the results of the patch test can be analysed and the rest of the tattoo can be treated. Thereafter, treatments would normally be carried-out every 6 to 8 weeks and assessed prior to each following treatment.
